Electric Roller Blinds are becoming more popular. Their sleek look, the ease of use and choice of fabrics make them the perfect choice.

Rechargeable Battery Operated Roller Blinds

The most popular type of Motorized Roller Blinds come with Li-ion rechargeable batteries. These batteries are most frequently housed inside the aluminium tube of the Roller Blind. Additionally, recharging couldn’t be simpler. All you need to do is plug the charging cable into the socket at the end of the blind. Charging should take between 6 and 8 hours. On average  Electric Roller Blinds need recharging every six months.

240v Mains Operated Electric Roller Blinds

The traditional motor for Roller Blinds is Mains Operated. These blinds come with a 3pin plug to connect to the mains. Additionally, the power cords are neatly fixed to the wall and pinned into place. One main advantage of this style of electric motor is that it does not require recharging.

Motorised Day and Night Roller Blinds

Day and Night Roller Blinds are ideal for motorisation. The remote control can be programed to make it easy to move from open to closed without having to manually adjust the roll of the blind.

Attractive Pelmets.

Most Motorized Roller Blinds come housed in an attractive pelmet. The reason for this is that we can distribute the weight of the blind on multiple brackets therefore reducing the shake cause by the action of the motor.

Additionally, the powder coated metal Pelmets come in a variety of finishes including White and Anthracite, or, alternatively, can be covered in matching fabric to the blind.
