3 For 2 Duo Roller Blinds
(3rd July to 6th `August 2022)
Day and Night Roller Blinds
Day and Night Roller Blinds are also known as Zebra Blinds, Duo Blinds or Vision Blinds. Regardless of the name they all work in the same way.
The Day and Night Roller Blind consists of roller fabric with alternating opaque and voile horizontal stripes. The ends of the fabric strip are both attached to the roller blind tube, on opposite sides. This enables the stripes to be aligned or offset depending on wether you want to see through the voile strips, or cover the window with the opaque strips.
When would you use a Day and Night Blind Blind?
Day and Night Blinds are perfect on windows which require privacy. The voile strips work well at disrupting the view into the home during the day and the opaque strips will give privacy at night.
Day and Night Blinds are typically finished with a Powder Coated Metal Semi or Full Cassette pelmet to cover the Roller Blind tube. The Pelmet can be left with the powder coated metal. Alternatively they can be covered with a matching fabric to the opaque section of the blind.
Operation of Day and Night Roller Blinds
The traditional operation of the Duo Blinds is by chain. This manual operation allows for easy operation and alignment.
The chain comes in a variety of colours including white and chrome coloured, and is made Child Safe with the addition of a fitted tensioning device.
As with all roller blinds, it is also possible to Motorise these Blinds. The Motor used is Li-ion rechargeable and fits snuggly inside the roller blind tube. Operation is then simply done via pressing the up or down button on the remote control.Connect the blind to smart speakers, such as Alexa or Google Nest, with the addition of a home hub. Enabling you to simply ask your blind to raise or lower, making the ultimate in easy operation.
